sweetconfetti.net is on hiatus now. I just don't feel like keeping up with it. I'm going to put it back up once I get back from my trip to Seth's parents' in the middle of June. Since I'm addicted to posting in my weblog (and mostly have it down just for the sake of being pissy), I'll be updating this more, in a weblogish fashion. For now, I'm taking Nicole's suggestion and going to make a fort in my bedroom. Want to come play with me?

I have quite the legacy of being a klutz. I hate it! It's not fair. Take this conversation I had earlier with that crazy boyfriend of mine:

Me: Do you want me to switch those beds around? (I'd suggested the other day that we move his bed into the guestroom and the guestbed into his room)
Seth: Uh... no, why don't you wait and we'll do it together tomorrow?
Me: I *can* do it by myself.
Seth: Yes, but the chances of us getting hurt when both of us are moving it aren't as great.
Me: I won't hurt myself!
Seth: Leah, you hurt yourself just laying in bed.

Sara gave me a good idea last night. Since I already have a weblog and I created this mostly just because... having a livejournal account is cool, I'm going to use this for two things. The first thing is that I am going to post something positive or amusing (or just random, if i get really desperate) about each day. The second thing is that I am going to share random quotes and bits of conversation. So. Without further ado...

Seth and John took me to the ER in Calais today because I've been having bad abdomenal pains for awhile and Seth was pretty freaked out about it. Turns out I'm okay (or will be... they gave me drugs. lol) but hey, better safe than sorry.

I'd never been to Calais prior to today, but it's a cute little town. The ride out is *gorgeous*. I think I'd like to work in Calais just so I could take that drive every day. A few miles of the road is actually *pink*. Really. Pink! How cool is that? I also saw an EAGLE on the way back. I was *so* excited by that. An eagle!!! They're pretty big. *grin* Eagles are great.

Okay, so thanks to Jesa, I finally have a livejournal. I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to use it for yet... maybe just for basically what I use my weblog for now. I'm not sure if that means I'll be making changes to my weblog or not, but we'll see.

For now, I'm going to go learn how to crochet! I'm so excited. : }
